河卵石破碎制砂生產線技術方案（全流程版）

三、工藝流程

粗碎階段：

- 圓錐破實現閉路循環（未達標石料返回二次破碎）
制砂篩分：
- VSI6X制砂機破碎+整形→圓振篩分級→合格砂進入成品倉
環保處理：
- 干法工藝：脈沖除塵+霧炮抑塵（粉塵≤10mg/m³）
- 濕法工藝：洗砂機+沉淀池（水資源循環利用）
